Oxfordshire County Council says SSEN are reporting a power outage in the OX15 area and that the light failure is likely caused by this.
The council tweeted this afternoon.
The traffic signals at the junction of #HighStreet and #HorseFair in #Deddington are currently out. SSEN are reporting a power outage in the OX15 area and this is the most likely cause. Approach with due care and attention. #OxonTravel pic.twitter.com/VxD5HfGfS1
