Santa visited patients and staff at the John Radcliffe hospital to spread the festive cheer.
The special appearence was the doing of Notcutts Oxford Garden Centre.
Notcutts Oxford staff also delivered a Christmas tree dressed with lights and festive ornaments, and a grotto for the Children's Emergency Department.

The company has supported the John Radcliffe Hospital with several projects over the year, including helping to renovate a courtyard garden outside the cardiac unit.
Jonathan Tew, general manager at Notcutts Oxford, said: "We are thrilled to see that our Christmas tree donation is bringing festive cheer to staff and patients at the John Radcliffe Children’s Emergency Department, and that the children enjoyed a special surprise visit from Santa too.
"It is great to support our local hospital again and we look forward to working with them again in the New Year."
