A PENSIONER was found dead by hospital staff after admitting himself for rehabilitation treatment.
Val Warren died on Christmas Eve at the Churchill Hospital, Headington.
He had been a patient at the hospital's Fulbrook Centre after admitting himself voluntarily for rehabilitation.

Opening an inquest into his death yesterday, coroner Darren Salter revealed that Mr Warren, originally from Norfolk, appeared to have used hospital equipment to hang himself.
The 65-year-old retired engineer was found by staff at around 10.30pm.
A date for a full inquest has been set for April 23.
