THE Dulux dog - a regular in the paint firm’s advertising campaigns since 1961 - made an appearance at a revamped store in Kidlington.

An Old English Sheepdog joined the celebrations at the newly refurbished Dulux Decorator Centre in The Broadway.

As well as snapping selfies with the dog, customers who attended the celebrations were able to win prizes and store vouchers.

The refurbishment has made better use of the space and brought colour to the forefront to make product selection easier for customers.

Oxford Mail:

Centre manager Chris Foulkes said: “Oxford has a booming professional decorating community so refreshing our store in the area is an exciting move.

“Our in-store offering has been tailored to make life easier for everyone - from professional painters and decorators to local DIYers.

“The space now feels brighter and more accessible, with a dedicated warehouse for stock and streamlined product offering on shelf.

“We hope the store will become even more integral to local decorators.
