Moving away from new year's resolutions and January blues, this week's camera club theme focuses on food to cheer everyone up.

The entries from the week have been imaginative with pictures of rock climbers on cheese, hungry birds eating fish and spectacular cakes.

One entertaining picture from Ian Marriot captures the inside of a crisp packet. By placing the camera inside the bag, we now know what it is like to be a crisp.

Some of the most creative pictures of the week were sent in by Louise Hook.

Her pictures show a miniature world around a block of cheese.

In one picture she has turned the cheese into a climbers rock and another into a snowy hill with children sledging.

One hilarious picture illustrates an unusual way to use leftover food.

The picture sent in by John percival shows an iceberg lettuce made into a face with a carrot nose and eyes and a pepper for a stylish hat and a happy smile.

It appears Ian Marriot did not keep to his new year's resolution and has now broken the chains on the biscuit tin.

It is not just humans enjoying their food this week, plenty of animals have been tucking into their fish dinners.

Becca Collacot sent in a picture of an otter sneaking off with a chunk of fish and Marian Payne sent in a picture of a bird enjoying some little fish.

Gordon Craig sent in a picture of a squirrel sat in a tree enjoying its dinner of nuts.

Jo Sainz has not just taken a picture of a cake, she has made a mermaid cake full of sparkling blue sea icing, shells and starfish.

Allen Danfald sent in a picture of a little girl eating her lunch and getting it everywhere. The messy eater even has a dollop of tomato sauce on her nose.

Tricia Perkins has taken a picture of a very hungry man waiting to get his lunch from a stall called The Hungry Man.

Sue Reeves has taken a colourful picture of her 'five a day' with a selection of juicy fruit at a market.
