A ROCK music fan is helping to organise a charity gig to honour his late mum and the people who looked after her.
Jason Jones is throwing the party at Fat Lil's in Witney to honour his mother Yvonne Jones who passed away in May following a battle with leukaemia.
Mrs Jones was diagnosed in October 2018 and was treated at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford.

Her son said: “My mum had three rounds of chemotherapy but she battled through.
“The staff on the ward were unbelievable and I want to raise funds for the ward.”
The Rock for Yvonne charity gig will be held at Fat Lil's on Corn Street on Saturday, March 28. It will feature four bands, including musicians who have been supported by Witney's MuzoAkademy teaching service.
