WITNEY Town Council will fly the flags of its European twin towns this weekend, as the UK leaves the EU.
Councillor Rosa Bolger, leader of Witney Town Council, said: "Now that we are leaving the European Union, we feel it is important to show our commitment to continuing our proud, strong and comradely relationships with our European twin towns.

"Therefore, this weekend we will fly the flags of Unterhaching, Le Touquet and our own Witney town flag from the town hall and invite our residents to celebrate the relationship we all have with our twin towns at this time of uncertainty."
