TWO cars crashed on the Oxford ring road tonight, causing lengthy delays.
One lane was blocked on the Southern Bypass road, eastbound, between the Heyford Hill roundabout and Littlemore Roundabout.
Oxfordshire County Council tweeted at 5.30pm reporting that emergency services were on scene.

There were still long delays as of 6.30pm but the road has since cleared and traffic is back to normal.
