A MAN accused of having an offensive weapon - a metal spike with a handle - in prison, is set to appear at court.
James Fehli is charged with the single count of having without authorisation an offensive weapon while at HMP Bullingdon.

Prosecutors claim that the 26-year-old had the banned item while at the prison near Bicester on November 29.
Fehli is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court today for the first listing of his case.
No formal plea has been entered to the single alleged offence.
