AN Oxford man has been kicked out of his house by the city council following 'a series of anti-social behaviour and drug dealing incidents in the building' where he lived.

The un-named city council tenant was evicted following a legal case by the authority.

The council firstly won a mandatory possession order for the property, in Richardson Court, Bath Street, off St Clements, on October 29 at Oxford Combined Court Centre.

The court heard that anti-social behaviour, including verbal abuse of neighbours and possible drug dealing, had taken place from the property.

The council said it had worked with neighbours, who were victims of the anti-social behaviour, to bring the case to court.

Oxford Mail:

Now the council has confirmed that the tenant was finally evicted on Friday, January 17.
