THREE men in high-vis jackets were seen 'interfering' with a car moments before a catalytic converter was ripped from the exhaust.
It happened between 9pm and 9.30pm on Tuesday evening when the car was parked on Station Road in Bletchingdon.

Thieves use a car jack to lift the car and take out the catalytic converter, which takes a couple of minutes.
Converters contain a small amount of precious metals like platinum, palladium and rhodium which can be sold at high prices.
