BORIS Johnson's chief adviser Dominic Cummings is self-isolating at home after showing coronavirus symptoms.

He will remain in contact with the rest of the Downing Street team during the quarantine period.

It comes after the Prime Minister announced he tested positive for Covid-19, as well as Health Secretary Matt Hancock.

Chief medical officer Chris Whitty is also self-isolating after showing symptoms of the virus.
