A SEX offender caught flouting a court order and sexually communicating with a child has been given a date for his sentencing.
Richard Lee appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
The 22-year-old of Hendred Street, Oxford, was there to be sentenced for a string of offences which he had already admitted.
Lee was due to be sentenced for one count of sexual communication with a child and another count of distributing an indecent photograph of a child.

He had also admitted making indecent photographs of children, failing to comply with the sex offenders register and four breaches of a sexual harm prevention order.
The breaches related to failing to declare internet enabled devices including an Xbox and mobile phone.
At the brief hearing prosecutors asked to adjourn the final sentencing so that further investigations can be carried out into the case.
Presiding Judge Nigel Daly agreed to postpone sentencing but warned Lee an immediate jail term was to be expected.
Lee will appear again at the same court for his sentencing hearing to be held on June 25.
He was remanded in custody in the meantime.
