A TEENAGER from Wantage has gone missing and police are appealing for the public's help to find her.

Kelly Browning, 17, was last seen at around 9pm on Friday in Courtenay Road, Wantage.

She is white, approximately 4ft 10ins tall, of slim build, with mousey brown hair in a pony tail and braces on her teeth.

She was last seen wearing red and white Adidas trainers and was carrying a grey rucksack with brown leather patches.

She is known to frequent the local Wantage area, as well as Witney and Abingdon.

Investigating officer, Sergeant Sarah Berry, based at Abingdon police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in locating Kelly as we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“If anyone has any information, or thinks they may have seen Kelly, please contact police by calling 101, quoting reference 43200192810.

“Kelly, if you see this, please get in touch with either you family or officers, we want to make sure that you are safe. “
