MORE than 100 bins are being replaced in West Oxfordshire.
The district council’s waste contractor Ubico will be replacing both litter and dog waste bins, as the first ones were upgraded in Witney.
The move was welcomed by district councillor Norman MacRae, cabinet member for the environment, who said: “These new bins will really encourage people to dispose of their litter and dog waste responsibly and I believe they will have a positive impact on our environment across the district.”
