POLICE officers have cordoned off a new student accommodation block in Oxford.
*UPDATE*: 18-YEAR-OLD DIES AT HALLS.
More than six police vans and three ambulances arrived at the scene of Between Towns Court, near the Swan Pub in Cowley, at 6am this morning.
Passers-by said they saw a huge police presence in the area, others said they forensics teams.
Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service have been contacted for a comment.
