LIAM HUGHES, 21, of Peregrine Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Abingdon on January 4 and causing criminal damage to property. He was fined a total of £160 and must pay compensation of £60, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40.

MARIA LACEY, 60, of Forest Close, Milton under Wychwood, admitted being an owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control causing injury on October 16 in Milton under Wychwood. The dog must be kept under control with a lead in public or be destroyed and she must pay a fine of £200, compensation of £1,000, a victim surcharge of £32 and court cost of £85.

Alan PHILLIP VALENTINE, 34, of Potteries Lane, Chilton, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order on June 13 in Wantage and committing an offence while subject to a community order. He was jailed for 12 week suspended for 24 months and he must complete a 30-day programme requirement of the Building Better Relationships programme and complete 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90.

DANIEL JAMES SWANN, 29, of Main Road, Cote, Bampton, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on May 13 on Main Street, Oxfordshire. He was fiend £533 and must pay a victim surcharge of £55 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three months.

PAUL EDGAR WOOD, 48, of Colemans Hill, Oxford, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order on June 29 in Yorkshire. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

SHANE KYLE BONAS, 30, of Wesley Drive, Banbury, admitted asaulting a police officer on November 9 in Banbury. He was fined £224 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £75 and court costs of £85.

NICHOLAS MARK JONES, 36, of Mill Lane, Benson, admitted intimidating a witness in proceedings by continually calling her as well as harassment of a woman on June 15 in Wallingford. He was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for two years and he must complete 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

Max HENRY, 25, of Hendred Way, Abingdon, admitted depositing controlled waste without authority on land opposite the A34 Wytham on August 8. He was fined £400 and must pay compensation of £81.97.

ANKIR PAREKH, 35, of Bartone Place, Thame, admitted drink driving on April 10 on London Road, Tetsworth, Thame. had 67mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £750 and must pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

BUSAYO AYENI, 47, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on March 15 on Ducklington Lane, Witney. had 95mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

NICHOLAS RALPH BROMLEY, 37, of Minister Road, Brize Norton, admitted drink driving on March 15 in Carterton. had 67mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ALFREDO ELIAS DIAZ SALAS, 32, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Hythe Bridge Street on March 14. He had 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 36 months.

SAMUEL RICHARD SELLER, 29, of Kellys Road, Wheatley, admitted drink-driving on Cowley Road in Oxford on March 14. He had 59mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

She had 75mcg of alcohol per 100m of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

NICHOLAS WHATMORE, 40, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Banbury Road on March 15. He had 61mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs. He was also banned from driving for 17 months.
