OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

ADAM PAUL MORRISON, 31, of Luther Street, Oxford, was found guilty of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on January 14, three counts of begging in Oxford and one of committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge and a community order and failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include 17 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £92.

BEN WILLIAMS, 30, of Spring Lane, Little Bourton, admitted drink driving on July 19 in Faringdon. Had 77mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MOHAMMED NAJADI, 32, of Alice Smith Square, Oxford, admitted four counts of vehicle interference on March 12 in Oxford. He was jailed for a total of six weeks.

JAMES ROBERT KITCHER, 47, of Middle Row, Chipping Norton, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on January 23 at South Stoke, Oxfordshire. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three points.

GARY WAYNE MASON, 37, of Lancut Road, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 57mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 Bicester on January 28. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ADRIAN GEE, 43, of Hawksworth, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 39mph in a 30mph zone in Old Windsor, Berkshire, on January 4. He was fined £133 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

SASHA ANDREW PARKER-SMITH, 22, of Vicarage Close, Grove, admitted drug driving on March 3 on Summerfield Road, Summertown, with Benzoylecgonine – one of the active ingredients in cocaine – in his blood. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

PIOTR PLUCINSKI, 39, of Cranley Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on June 11 on North Way, Oxford. Had 164mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was jailed for nine weeks suspended for 18 months and must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £128 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

ANDREW POUNCE, 56, of Campion Hall Drive, Didcot, admitted drink driving on January 29 in Didcot. Had 96mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined £380 and must pay a victim surcharge of £38 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SIMON JAMES WHITE, 41, of Moorbank, Oxford, admitted stealing various products valued at £120 from the Co Op, Oxford, on June 28 and committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. He was jailed for a total of eight weeks.

MARTIN TIMOTHY WOOLFORD, 62, of Schofield Avenue, Witney, admitted assault by beating an emergency worker in Witney on May 3. He was fined £700, ordered to pay £50 in compensation, a £70 victim surcharge fee and £85 in court costs.

DANIEL PAUL HUNTLEY, 31, of Bucknell Road, Bicester, admitted criminal damage after destroying a memory box, mug and garden gate belonging to a woman in Bicester on May 4. He also admitted being in possession of ‘one small deal of cocaine’, a Class A drug, on May 4 at Abingdon Police Station. He was fined £461 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85. He was also made to forfeit the drugs to be seized.

JACOB ARCHER, 23, of Ashby Road, Bicester, admitted drug-driving on December 8 in Queen’s Avenue in Bicester. He had 16mcg of cannabis per 1litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He also admitted being in possession of herbal cannabis, a class B drug, in Abingdon on the same day. He was fined £276 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the cannabis to be destroyed.

ARRON GARDENER, 34, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted using violence to secure entry to premises on July 23 in Rose Hill and being in possession of a 'small deal' bag of cannabis, a Class B drug on the same day. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency under the direction of Turning Point for six months. He must also not enter the house on Rose Hill and must take part in a ‘building a better relationships’ programme. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £1,000.

DAILSON DEFACIO, 36, of Desborough Crescent, Oxford, admitted failing, without excuse, to provide specimen for analysis on February 15 when required on Oxford Road. He also admitted driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance. He was fined £654 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £65 and court costs of £250. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ELLIS JAMES, 26, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on December 13 on Barns Road. He was fined £323, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

ARTUR MARZEC, 39, of Winters Way, admitted drink-driving on April 27 on Tadmarton Road. He had 87mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving without a licence. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 22 months.

STUART GRIER, 25, of Crossville Crescent, Didcot, admitted failing without an excuse to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on December 30 by failing to attend unpaid work on July 19 and July 26 without an excuse. He was dealt with for the original offence of carrying a black handled knife on December 29 in Didcot. He was sent to prison for eight weeks.

MCHAEL COWLEY, of Deacon Way, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on the train without paying a fare of £11.70 in Oxford on December 16. He was fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £11.70 and a victim surcharge of £32.

SARAH GIBBS, 35, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted not paying a train fare of £5.20 in Oxford on January 6. She was fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £5.20 and a victim surcharge of £32.
