TOBIAS WEBSTER, 36, of Salter Close, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a Skoda Fabia of unknown value in Oxford on January 8, as well as failing to surrender to custody on August 20 having been released on bail. He was fined £80 and must pay compensation of £80 and court costs of £85.

CARL WHITE, 36, of Bennett Close, Banbury, admitted drink driving on Farmfield Road, Banbury, on August 15. He had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

ADAM OWEN, 34, of Marston Street, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage by destroying a bedside table, mirror, mobile phone and a champagne bottle in Banbury between July 3 and 6. He was made subject to a restraining order lasting until September 13, 2021, was fined £50 and must pay compensation of £200.

JONOTHON BARRETT, 27, of Bayswater Road, Barton, admitted possessing cannabis in Banbury on July 31. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. The cannabis was seized and destroyed.

JEREMY CREW, 56, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 49mph in a 30mph zone on Bayswater Road, Oxford, on January 29. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LAURA MACDONALD, 29, of Drake Avenue, Didcot, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on August 17. She was fined £438 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

ADAM BLOOR, 37, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man and stealing a coffee and soft drink to the value of £3.75 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on January 22. He was made subject to a community order to include 12 months of treatment for drug dependency under the direction of Turning Point. He must also pay compensation of £50.

DAMIAN SAGE, 35, of Ulfgar Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Speedwell Street, Oxford, on August 15. He had 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 22 months.

CYRUS CHRISTIAN, 20, of no fixed abode, admitted drug driving on the A4074, Berinsfield, on May 17. The proportion of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol exceeded the specified limit. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

GABRIEL OLARTE, 37, of Streamway Close, Harwell, admitted drink driving on Wantage Road, Harwell, on June 25. He had 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 14 months.

AMBER GRIMES, 19, of Waverley Avenue, Kidlington, admitted causing criminal damage by destroying a television in Oxford on July 30, 2019. She was fined £150 and must pay compensation of £50 and court costs of £50.

SHANE MEADOWS, 32, of Bernwood Road, Bicester, admitted assaulting a woman in Bicester on July 27. He was made subject to a community order to involve up to 10 days of rehabilitation appointments and received a restraining order lasting until September 16, 2022. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

DEAN RICHARDS, 34, of Stenter Lane, Witney, admitted drink driving on the A415 Standlake Road on August 4. He had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for three years.

DANIEL COLLINS, 36, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £423.14 worth of alcohol from Tesco in Cowley Road, Oxford, between February 17 and February 25. He was jailed for 16 weeks and must pay compensation of £50.

RICHARD BENNS, 51, of Queensway, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman in Didcot on March 31. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT BLEAKLEY, 34, of Manor Gardens, Grove, admitted causing criminal damage to various household items in Grove on August 9. He was fined £323 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

STEPHEN DAWSON, 18, of Newlands Avenue, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman in Didcot on March 16. He was made subject to a community order to involve up to 15 days of rehabilitation appointments and must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £40.

THOMAS BENNETT, 30, of Wensum Crescent, Bicester, admitted assaulting a man in Bicester on July 5. He was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

MIKE SHEEL, 57, of High Street, Adderbury, admitted assaulting a man and a woman in Bletchingdon on March 17. He was made subject to a community order to involve up to 15 days of rehabilitation. He was fined £192 and must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £40.

STEVEN PITSON, 36, of Haines Court, Marcham, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on November 6. He was fined £276 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

The proportion of the controlled drugs benzoylecgonine, cocaine and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol exceeded the limit. He was fined £900, must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a licence for 18 months.

EDINAN CARDOSO DA SILVA, 59, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver in Banbury between May 29 and June 26. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

CHRISTOPHER ELSEY, 55, of Elsfield, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 50mph in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester, on February 29. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
