PERSONNEL from RAF Brize Norton have returned to the station after being deployed to one of the Nightingale hospitals.

The team of 10, from the Tactical Medical Wing, have been based at the Nightingale Hospital North West in Manchester since January.

The group worked alongside colleagues from the Army and Royal Navy, performing basic nursing care and aiding the NHS with the expansion of the hospital from one ward to four.
