OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

HANNAH DAVISON, 30, of St John’s Road, Wallingford, admitted driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on February 2. She was fined £66 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

JONATHAN WHILD, 30, of Maberley Close, Abingdon, admitted drug-driving on October 31 in Abingdon. He had 408mcg of benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He also admitted having 5.6mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

EUNICE CHIPACHINI, 36, of Roman Way, Bicester, was convicted of driving at 41mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 in North Way in September 14. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

HARRY HALL, 25, of Bathing Place Lane, Witney, admitted driving at 70mph in a 50mph zone on Woodstock Road, Yarnton. He was fined £66 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

JAMES HURN, 30, of Lambourn Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 83mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 in Radley on September 20, 2020. He was fined £66, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

IRINA HUSTON, 39, of Asquith Park, Abingdon, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph on the A329 on Thame Road. She was fined £66, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

MONIB KHAAN, 30, of Pound Way, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 48mph in a 40mph zone on the B4009 in Lewknor on September 14, 2020. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

TOM LEERS, 38, of Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 45mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 London Road on September 14, 2020. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and pay court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

BRETT PARSONS, 46, of Station Road, Wallingford, admitted driving at 48mph in a 40mph zone on the B4009 in Lewknor on September 14, 2020. He was fined £66 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

THOMAS PHILLIPS, 33, of Fullet Way, Steventon, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone in Pangbourne on October 5. He was fined £66, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

PHILIP REED, 60, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required by the police between September 30 and October 28, 2020 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

LACHLAN ROSS, 37, of Norman Avenue, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 58mph in a 30mph zone in Henley on September 25. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MURTAZAR AHMED, 31, of Swinburne Road, admitted breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 30 by failing to attend telephone appointments on January 26 and February 16 and not having a reasonable excuse. He was fined £100.

SZYMON BEREDA, 33, of Brasenose Driftway, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Hinksey Hill, Oxford, on October 31. He had 168mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was fined £392, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

SCOTT DONALD, 23, of Market End Way, Bicester, admitted assaulting a person occasioning in actual bodily harm on September 26 in Bicester. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in the building better relationships programme for at least 30 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

PHILEMON KINYANJUI, 27, of Lambourn Road, Oxford, admitted driving whilst disqualified and driving without third party insurance on December 5 in Oxford. He was jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months because the offence is 'so serious'. In the court documents it also said the offences were a repeated breach of a court order'. As part of the suspended sentence he must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

KEITH WALKER, 59, of Aston, Bampton, admitted assault of a person occasioning in actual bodily harm on December 14 in Witney. He was jailed for 14 weeks, suspended for 24 months because it was on a 'vulnerable adult'. As part of the suspended sentence he must participate in the building better relationships programme for 30 days. He was also made subject to a restraining order and must not go to the address until March 2023. He was made to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £700.

GAVIN RYAN, 39, of Kelburne Road, Oxford, admitted harassment by breach of a restraining order on August 1 in Oxford. He also admitted criminal damage to some plant pots, costing £10, on the same day in Oxford. He was fined £507, ordered to pay compensation of £10, a victim surcharge of £51 and court costs of £85.

LIAM YOUNGSON, 25, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted criminal damage to a fridge freezer, costing £100, belonging to a woman in Oxford on July 10. He was made subject of a restraining order and must not contact the woman until July. He must also pay compensation of £100.

SEAN BRENNAN, 49, of Mayfair Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Barton Village Road in Oxford on March 19. He had 50mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.
