These are the businesses which have been named and shamed in the Government’s list of tax defaulters.

The list, published by HMRC, is made up of people and businesses who have received penalties for either deliberately filing errors in their tax returns or who have failed to comply with their tax obligations.

HMRC publishes details about a deliberate tax defaulter where they have carried out an investigation and the person has been charged with one or more penalties for deliberate defaulters, or those which involve tax of more than £25,000.

In the county, two businesses have been named and shamed by HMRC.
