A preschool celebrated the Queen’s jubilee with cakes, biscuits, and bunting.

Rushcommon Preschool has been running out of the hall at All Saints Methodist Church in Abingdon for almost 60 years.

It is a charity run preschool with a small team and relies on fundraising events to buy new resources.

Children and their families were invited on Thursday 26 to celebrate the Queen’s 70 years with a big Jubilee party.

The preschool had a big cake sale, made crowns, played with jubilee themed playdough, and made flags.

In the run up to the party the children made jubilee bunting, decorate biscuits, and learnt all about the Queen.

Cassie Ambrosini, Preschool Manager said: “The children have a real pride for the setting and love showing it off to the ones they love.”
