Firefighters and police officers were called to Upavon Way in Carterton in the early hours of this morning.
A driver had gone over the mini roundabout, off the road, into a lampost before crashing into a building.
This picture shows the dramatic scene as teams from Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service scrambled to stop a 'small gas leak'.

The driver failed a roadside breath test and was arrested for drink driving.
