Customers can also enjoy food and coffee by Nutmeg & Thyme which was previously located in the town's Christmas Court, and is described as being "Burford’s only 100 per cent vegan and gluten-free food outlet".
Lynn Newland, owner of No. 31, said: “I am delighted to offer a new shopping experience for the residents and visitors of Burford.
"We have brought together 11 local, independent brands, all brimming with talent, to create a unique dog-friendly shop with a fantastic range of high-quality products, alongside freshly prepared food and coffee.”
The 13th century building was previously occupied by the Mrs Bumbles deli, which closed in August 2023, and more recently became a pop-up bottle shop and bar called The Fainting Goat run by the Cotswolds Drinks Co.
