A potter from Charlbury has received an award in recognition of her craftsmanship and artistry.
Bridget Tennent, an member of the Oxfordshire Craft Guild, was awarded the Audrey Blackman prize at the Oxfordshire Craft Guild's Annual Winter Exhibition.
The exhibition is currently on display at the Oxfordshire Museum in Woodstock.
The award was given for her skill in creating hand-built and thrown pottery, which involves intricate processes of smoothing, scoring, and applying oxides and watery slips before smoke firing.
With a career spanning 35 years, Ms Tennent's work is featured in collections across the world, particularly in the US.
Her creations have also been showcased in British embassies.
Jen Crowshaw, owner of the SOTA Gallery in Witney, judged this year's prize.
The Audrey Blackman prize is awarded annually to commemorate one of the guild's founding members and to highlight outstanding contributions to craft.
The Oxfordshire Craft Guild promotes local makers across a variety of disciplines throughout the county.
Its Winter Exhibition is open until December 29, Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4.45pm and Sunday from 2pm to 4.45pm.
