HIGHBURY has not been a happy hunting ground for Oxford United, with the U’s failing to win any of their five matches there.

Fleetwood Town are infamously one of the few Football League sides United have never beaten and keeping these players quiet could help end that unwanted record.

PAUL COUTTS

The midfielder has previous at this level, having won promotion from the third tier with Peterborough United and Sheffield United.

Fleetwood beat several clubs to the signature of the 31-year-old during the summer transfer window and the experience Coutts brings to the table could be invaluable this season.

PADDY MADDEN

Fleetwood have an abundance of attacking options, but Madden has been the club’s main source of goals this campaign.

The Irishman has already netted five times and scored in both games against United in 2018/19.

JOSH MORRIS

Another player who has proved himself in Sky Bet League One, Morris previously enjoyed two loan spells with Fleetwood and has fitted back in seamlessly.

He scored two goals in his first two games and has been a near-constant presence in Joey Barton’s starting line-up.
