KARL Robinson says he is content to see two players go on international duty, even though they did not play a minute.
Ben Woodburn and Mark Sykes were selected for Wales and Northern Ireland respectively, missing Oxford United’s defeat at Fleetwood Town.
They were unused substitutes for one match over the international weekend and left out of the squad altogether for the other.

But with Sykes yet to play in Sky Bet League One this season and Woodburn suffering an illness which would have probably kept him out of the starting line-up at Fleetwood, Robinson saw the positives.
He said: “I think for Sykesy to be around and watch his country playing against Germany was a tremendous opportunity for him.
“I think he will learn from that and Woody’s been training with the likes of Gareth Bale.
“I’m glad they went away and experienced the top level.
“Hopefully that will make them better for us.”
