NATHAN Holland has been named Young Hammer of the Year at the end of a season where he broke through to play regular senior football with Oxford United.
After impressing for West Ham's under 23s, the winger made his Premier League debut in December, before joining the U's on loan in January.
Holland's maiden goal arrived a month later in real style, with a stoppage-time volley against Newcastle United in the Emirates FA Cup to send the fourth-round tie into extra time.

The 22-year-old's first league goals arrived a fortnight later with a double against AFC Wimbledon (below).
A hamstring injury denied him a shot at helping United in the Sky Bet League One play-offs, but it remained a decent season.
Holland said: "It's brilliant, I've achieved quite a few good things this year.
“I’ve achieved quite a few good things this year, so to get a personal achievement like this to end it off is really good."
Ricky Martin, academy manager with the Hammers, said: “Nathan’s had an amazing impact with what he’s done in U23s football, but now he’s got to make that step into senior football.

"He did that when he went on loan to Oxford with his performances and goals and he played a big part in getting them into the play-offs.
“Nathan now comes back and has got to fight his way into the first-team squad."
Declan Rice, Reece Oxford and Jack Collision are all former winners of the Young Hammer of the Year prize.
