Serena Rees and Lordsoak Caramel Surprise Picture: 1st Class Images
SERENA Rees bagged a pair of victories to begin the British Showjumping National Championships in style.
The Banbury resident triumphed in the 60cm and 70cm club finals in Bolesworth, Cheshire, with bay gelding Lordsoak Caramel Surprise.
Rees emulated her warm-up double clear in the 60cm final, as she achieved a jump-off time of 29.87 seconds to claim victory.
She continued her sparkling form in the 70cm final, as another double clear clinched a second success with a time of 33.50.
The nine-day championships finish on Tuesday.
