BANBURY United held their nerve to stay top of Pitching In Southern League Premier Central with a 2-0 win at Biggleswade Town.
Chris Wreh and Morgan Roberts scored in the final ten minutes to keep the Puritans two points clear at the summit.
Thame United beat visitors Colney Heath 5-2 to go seventh in Division 1 Central, thanks to David Pearce’s double and goals from Harry Mepham, Lynton Goss and Jack Tompkins.
Didcot Town thrashed St Neots Town 4-0, with Noah Alabi, Josh Hedges, Seth Humphries and Connor Barrett on target.
Humphries was sent off late on.
Wantage Town were thumped 8-1 at Bedford Town, James Hammond scoring, while Ryan Knight earned Kidlington a 1-1 draw with Kempston Rovers.
North Leigh, in fifth, drew 0-0 at fourth-placed Ware.
