Matty Wheeler (2), Tom Goffe (2), Dan Lightfoot, Jamie Caswell, Joe Murrell, Ralph Watts, Carl Wallis and Toby Robottom also crossed in the BB&O Championship fixture.
Lightfoot converted four of the 13 tries.
Second-placed Abingdon cruised to a 78-0 victory at Harwell.
Faringdon were edged out 15-13 at home by Berkshire Shire Hall.
In the Premier, Didcot moved up to third when beating Bletchley 60-12.
Cameron Arnott (2), Josh Witts (2), Adrian Bordeaux (2), Mark Harper, Charlie Ellis, Rama Farahani and Callum Cooke crossed.
Witts converted five of Didcot’s tries.
Second-placed Oxford lost 39-10 at Milton Keynes.
Thom Murton, who also kicked a penalty, converted Alex Kelly’s try for the visitors.
Wheatley beat Drifters 33-13 away from home.
Jordan Hook (2), Chris Turner, Toby Butler and Tom Heydon went over, with Aaron Laman slotting four conversions.
Gosford All Blacks lost 37-25 at home to Tadley.
