A DAY after city councillors approved savings of £5.39m as part of its budget deal, county councillors have backed a cuts package totalling £46m over the next four years.
This includes £18.4m from the adult social care budget.
At the moment, these are just headline figures but it won’t be long before those worst affected start to come forward.
Those who don’t agree with the County Hall budget can have their say at the ballot box at the county council elections in May.
