HAYES Gerald Passed away suddenly on 22nd October 2017, aged 82 at The Whites Hotel, Bolton. Much loved Husband to Rita. Father to Ian, Neale and Martin. Grandad to Eleanor, Charlotte, James, Thomas, William, Hannah and Sidney. Father-in-Law to Fiona, Jackie and Louise. Sadly missed by all his family. A family cremation will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at the Witney Congregational Church on Monday 6th November at 2:30pm. No flowers please. Donations in Gerald's memory to Meningitis Research Foundation or SpecialEffect may be left at the church or sent c/o Peter Smith & Son Funeral Directors Ltd, 135 Burwell Drive, Witney, Oxon, OX28 5LP.
