SMITH Caroline Ann Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 16th March, aged 64 years. Much loved Wife, Mother and Nan. Will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Tuesday 2nd April at 10.00am. No flowers please by request, however donations would be appreciated for Macmillan Cancer Support and can be sent c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 4 Brize Norton Road, Carterton OX18 3JF Tel: 01993 843359.
