COOPER Eileen Peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 27th November 2019, aged 93 years. Much loved Wife of the late Jim. Mother to James and Rodney. Grandmother to Sarah. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Monday 16th November at 1.00pm.
