GREEN Dennis John Suddenly but peacefully passed away aged 87 at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 23rd September 2021. He leaves behind a wife, two sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and an extended family. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral will take place at North Oxfordshire Crematorium on Monday 18th October at 1pm. Family flowers only please. Donations welcome to Pitt Hopkins UK. www.pitthopkins.org.uk
