Folk, jazz, classical, reggae, ska and rock artists will perform on a stage outside the town hall during the free Woodstock Live festival on Saturday and Sunday.
Witney band Leader, formerly Million Faces, will headline on Saturday, while ska band The Inflatables top the bill on Sunday.
Performances take place from 1pm to 10pm each day.
