PANTOMIME goes French this week as the Wychwood Players present The Three Musketeers – Le Panteau.
The 35-stong cast features female musketeers, a giant snail called Gerade Drippy Drew, Totty the prime minister, plus King Louis and his lovesick Queen, who causes all the trouble in the story, written by Richard Lloyd, which revolves around a 700-year-old quiche.
The panto runs at the New Beaconsfield Hall, in Station Road, Shipton-under-Wychwood, from tomorrow until Saturday, with performances at 7.30pm, plus a matinee on Saturday at 2pm.
Tickets are priced £8.50, and £6 for children at the matinee. To book, call 07817 426305 or email
