THE Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice in Oxfordshire this weekend.
Households in the north and west of the county fall under the area at risk.
The warning warns of 'periods of freezing rain, with snow in Scotland later leading to some dangerous travelling conditions'.
It is expected from 9am on Saturday to 9am on Sunday.
Temperatures are expected to sit around 3C for Saturday, before warming back up to 8C on Sunday and into next week.
Rain on Saturday is expected to be at its worst around 4pm.
