A 228-home development in Chipping Norton is almost complete.
Work at Cotswold Gate, off Walterbush Road, is due to finish this summer with the construction of the last new homes, which are now on sale.
The site has pledged more than £540,000 in contributions to infrastructure and facilities in the town.
Properties have proved popular with local buyers and a new community is already taking shape.

Chris Edginton, sales and marketing director for Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “We are delighted with how popular Cotswold Gate is proving.
“We have an unbeatable mix of homes here which are appealing to first-time buyers and families as well as commuters to London, Oxford and Banbury.
“Cotswold Gate also boasts a first-class location. It’s within walking distance of Chipping Norton’s flourishing town centre, while there are well-regarded schools nearby."
