THE inquest for a British soldier who died after a herd of elephants charged at him while he was in Malawi will be held today.
It was confirmed, at an inquest opening in May, that guardsman Mathew Talbot had died after he was crushed whilst out on duty.

The 22-year-old of the 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards, was out on a 10-day mission to help Malawi Ranger Force tackle poaching Liwonde National Park.
The incident happened earlier this year, and the guardsman's body was repatriated to RAF Brize Norton in May.
The full inquest will be heard today.
