OXFORDSHIRE County Council's libraries have now closed.
All loans will be extended and people will not incur any fines or hire charges.
The council tweeted that its facilities would shut from 1pm today.

Large numbers of Oxfordshire County Council and Cherwell District staff are working from home from now on to be in line with the government’s strategy on tackling coronavirus.
The council will await guidance on how formal council meetings could be managed online before making further decisions on how these should proceed.
