OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

CHRISTOPHER UREN-PALMER, 49, of Arncott Wood Road, Bicester, admitted possessing an offensive weapon - a baseball bat - on April 9 in Upper Arncott and using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 18 months and he must complete 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation of £75.

AARON PAUL SLADE, 33, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted three counts of harassment by breaching a restraining order in Henley-on-Thames on June 19 and 23. He was jailed for eight weeks and must pay court costs of £128.

ANDREW JOHN GREENOUGH, 39, of Southfield Drive, Sutton Courtenay, was found guilty of assaulting a man at Be At One Bar, Oxford, on December 20. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £300.

EMMAN RIASAT, 19, of Outram Road, Oxford, admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of their duty on June 4 in Oxford and possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

CHARLES GODDARD, 50, of Kings Road, Banbury, admitted drug driving with tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on January 29 in Banbury and possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

SOFIENE MENHNAN, 42, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted stealing an iPhone 7S valued at £700 in Oxford on August 10. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay compensation of £100.

SCOTT ANDREW SMITH, 26, of Derwent Avenue, Didcot, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on December 20 in Didcot and causing criminal damage to an advertising sign belonging to Sainsbury’s. He was made subject to a community order and is excluded from Sainsbury’s, Didcot for six months and he must pay compensation totalling £90.

WENDY ANNE CRICH, 51, of Jasmine Way, Carterton, admitted being in charge of a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on May 20 in Witney. Had 147mcg in 100ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and she was disqualified from driving for six months.

CARL MARTIN MCDONNELL, 37, of West Street, Bicester, admitted possession of a quantity of heroin on November 25 in Bicester. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

FAITH PARKER, 26, of Bosley Crescent, Wallingford, admitted assault by beating of a woman in Wallingford on September 13. She was made subject to a community order and was excluded from the Green Tree Pub, Wallingford for six months. She must also pay compensation of £75 and a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

NICHOLAS WALSH, 34, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on May 22 in Oxford. Had 43mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £390 and must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court cost of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ADRIAN LLOYD BROWN, 39, of Great Close Road, Yarnton, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence on February 1 in Kidlington. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANTON CONSTANTIN, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 3 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KAYLEIGH LOUISE HATT, 33, of Chapel Lane, Hailey, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on February 10 in Banbury. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KYLE MARC LEWIS, 31, of Choswell Spring, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 31 in Oxford and not wearing a seatbelt while driving. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GARY MILNER, 39, of Samphire Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence on January 29 in Radley. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LOUISA ANNE PURVIS, 51, of Church View, Berinsfield, was convicted of speeding by driving 101mph in a 70mph zone on March 9 on the A4074 Nuneham Courtenay. She was fined £452 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

GREGORZ PIOTR ROSOLOWSKI, 49, of Broughton Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving without a licence on January 3 in Banbury. He was fined £28 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

GEOFFREY SEAMARK, 82, of Cuxham Road, Watlington, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 28 between Cuxham and Watlington. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CLEYTON GOMES DA SILVA, 36, of St Luke's Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on March 24 in Oxford. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LENA SMITH, 23, of Manor Close, Drayton, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 29 in Abingdon. She was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PHILIP JOHN KNOWLES, 56, of Prior Crescent, Steventon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between January 17 and February 14 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.
