Cogges Manor Farm offers illuminated evenings and festive treats as Santa returns this Christmas.

It's that magical time of year again when the Manor House will be festively decorated, the log-burner lit and enticing scents float from the kitchen as mince pies and mulled wine warm on the stove.

New this year, you can follow the Light Trail around the grounds after dusk or, on four Sundays from 28 November, meet Santa at the Cogges Christmas Grotto.

Each 20 minute session welcomes a group of children at a time and includes a craft activity, a story with Father Christmas and a small gift for all children.

Drop by Cogges café courtyard on Saturday 4 and 11 December between 11am and 3pm, and you'll find the Craft and Garden volunteer teams have been busy.

Choose from an abundance of unique Christmas baubles, bottle table lights, bunting and more, plus plants and produce from the walled garden.

Cogges also has a new gift shop opening alongside the café selling quality gifts, accessories and homewares, new toy ranges and souvenirs.

Or, if you’re feeling crafty you can make your own felt reindeer at a one-day workshop on Tuesday 30 November where you can learn more about the traditional skill of needle felting.

See the animals, or this year buy a cut or pot grown Christmas tree.

The farm will re-open to visitors on Saturdays to Wednesdays from November 27.
