Healthwatch Oxfordshire wants to hear from people with recent experiences of getting prescriptions from a pharmacy.
The county’s independent health and social care watchdog wants to know if people have had problems or delays getting prescriptions, or whether this has been easy.
Please share your experiences by completing a short, anonymous survey at www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/Gettingprescriptions by Sunday May 15.
Rosalind Pearce, the Executive Director of Healthwatch Oxfordshire, said: “We’d like to hear from anyone who has recently used a local pharmacy to collect a prescription - how easy was this to do or could it have been better?
“We will use what you tell us to improve services so it’s really important we hear from as many people as possible. It will only take a few minutes to complete our survey – please do share your experiences with us.”
Anyone who would like to talk this through over the phone, or who would like a paper copy or a translated version of the survey to be posted out, can call Healthwatch Oxfordshire on 01865 520520.
