A man who was reported missing in West Oxfordshire last Thursday has been located.

Daniel, aged 40, who went missing from the Westcote Barton area has been found safe and well.

Police first put out an appeal for help finding Daniel earlier today, telling members of the public that he was last seen in the Westcote Barton area on Wednesday, September 7.

Charlotte Stroud, who commented on the police’s Facebook post sharing the news of locating Daniel, said: “Family and friends would like to express their sincere thanks to Thames Valley Police for all their help and understanding in our efforts to locate Dan.

“Thank you for everyone’s support.”

Thames Valley Police thanked everyone for the assistance in finding him.
