There are dlong delays through Witney this morning due to temporary traffic lights, which have been put in place for roadworks.
The works on Witan way are being carried out by Thames Water and are part of Utility repair and maintenance works.
The water works began yesterday (November 27) and are expected to continue until Wednesday (November 30).
