MICHAEL BRYAN, 60, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or distressing words or behaviour with intent to cause a woman distress or alarm in Sandford Road last September. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation.

MICHAEL HILTON, 52, of Woodpecker Green, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Peugeot in Hollybush Row, Oxford, while over the drug-drive limit for cannabis. He was fined £180, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £40 in costs.

JEMMA HUNT, 31, of Wheatfield Drive, Witney, pleaded guilty to drug driving a VW Golf on the A40 in Oxford last August. Blood tests showed she was over the limit for benzoylecgonine, a byproduct created by the body when it breaks down cocaine. She was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

CHARNJIT KANDOLA, 58, of Parklands, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Focus on Middleton Road, Banbury. Kandola was found to have cannabis in his blood after he was stopped on October 21 last year. The magistrates fined him £120, imposed a year-long roads ban and ordered he pays £133 in costs and surcharge.

EDWARD KERSHAW, 38, of Green Ridges, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Ford Focus on Masons Road last October. He had cannabis in his system. He was fined £350, banned from driving for three years and must pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £145 victim surcharge.

CRAIG RAYMOND, 28, of Dalton Barracks, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a BMW in Wootton Road on Boxing Day last year. Tests showed he had 94mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost three times the legal limit of 35mcgs. He was fined £923, banned from driving for four years and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £369 victim surcharge.

JEMAR NEPTUNE, 27, of Wellesley Road, London, admitted drink-driving a Mitsubishi ASX in Colwell Drive, Abingdon. Tests showed Neptune had 51mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – around one-and-a-half times the drink-drive limit. The magistrates imposed a £346 fine, 15 month ban, £85 costs and a £138 victim surcharge.

ALEX WOOD, 40, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Abingdon police station on December 28 having been stopped on suspicion of committing a traffic offence. He received a community order with up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and was banned from driving for three years. Wood must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

DARREN TOWNROW, 41, of Bowler Gardens, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink-driving a Fiat Panda in Drayton Road, Abingdon, on December 29 last year. Tests showed he was twice the legal drink-driving limit, blowing 78mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £230, banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £177 in costs and surcharge.

ADAM PARKER, 37, of West Bridgford, Nottingham, admitted driving a Ford Transit on the A34 near Islip while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £200, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

ADRIAN SORIN SAVIN, 35, of Bloxham Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving a Renault Clio in Bloxham Road last December and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. Tests showed Savin had 95mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring tag for 60 days as part of a community order and was banned from driving for 42 months. The magistrates ordered he pays £199 in costs and surcharge.
