The CABÜ project is on the grounds of a former Marconi radio station, in the hamlet of Langley within the civil parish of Leafield, which is around four miles northwest of Witney.
Designed to blend with the surrounding landscape, more than 50 timber cabins will range from one to three bedrooms, each crafted in the brand's signature sustainable style.
Facilities will include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, hot tubs, saunas and treatment space, as well as a restaurant, shop, two bars and an events studio.
